Order details: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address (house/street, city, state, pincode), plus the items you order.
Newsletter and enquiries: your email address and any message you send us.
Reviews: your name, city and the review you choose to submit.
Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. We only receive a payment reference and the payment status.
Basic device data: your browser stores your wishlist on your own device. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use your information

To process, pack, ship and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
To confirm payments, prevent fraud and keep our records for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
To reply to your messages and support requests.
To send you news and offers, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the shop:

Razorpay, to process your payment.
Shiprocket and its courier partners, to collect and deliver your parcel (they receive your name, phone number, email and delivery address).
Supabase and Vercel, which host our database and website.
Authorities, where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Order records can only be read by us; they are not publicly accessible. No online system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except where we must keep it by law, such as order and tax records). You can also withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time. Write to us using the contact details below.

Children

Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
