We ship across India. This page explains how long delivery takes and what shipping costs.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery usually takes 4-7 working days across India.
Delivery times are estimates. Festivals, weather, remote pincodes and courier delays can add time.

Shipping charges

Rajasthan: free delivery on every order.
Outside Rajasthan, orders below ₹500: ₹79 shipping.
Outside Rajasthan, orders from ₹500 to ₹999: ₹59 shipping.
Outside Rajasthan, orders of ₹1,000 and above: free shipping.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within India only, to any pincode served by our courier partners.

Courier partners and tracking

We ship through Shiprocket and its courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, contact us with your order details and we will share your tracking information.

Packaging

Candles are packed carefully to travel safely. Please open your parcel soon after it arrives and see our Refund & Cancellation Policy if anything is damaged.

If a delivery fails

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive the parcel, please contact us so we can arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
