By using feeriecandles.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
Our candles are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in colour, shape, texture and fragrance strength from the photos are natural and are not defects. Photos are for illustration and screens show colours differently.
Your order is confirmed once your payment is successful. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Please give a complete and correct delivery address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details.
Burn candles only on a heat-safe surface, away from children, pets and anything flammable, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick before each use. See our Candle Care guide on the home page. We are not liable for harm caused by misuse.
The photographs, text, logos and designs on this site belong to Feerie Candles and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Reviews are checked before they appear. By submitting one, you allow us to display it on our site. We may remove reviews that are abusive, false or unrelated to our products.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit any right you have under Indian consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
If you have a complaint about your order or our service, write to us using the contact details below. We will acknowledge it within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
